Defectoscope (Descrydefect) EPOCH LT

Despite its small size, ultrasonic defectoscope (Descrydefect) EPOCH LT has a lot of performance, which are typically found in large defectoscopes (Descrydefect).
Operational capabilities of ultrasonic defectoscope (Descrydefect) EPOCH LT can be expanded using additional software, which can be activated remotely after purchasing defectoscope (Descrydefect).
  • DAC (DAC amplitude correction).
  • TVG TVG (gain changes over time).
  • Extended memory.
  • The low frequency of the probe pulse.
  • Measurement mode echo echo.
  • Advanced measurement range.
In contrast to this equipment our defectoscopes (Descrydefect) manufactured specifically for testing the quality of industrial production.

Storing and printing screen images of defectoscopes (Descrydefect)

In the current defectoscopes (Descrydefect) it is possible to "freeze" the echogram at the time of discovery of the defect and then stored in the memory defectoscope (Descrydefect) "frozen" picture of the screen. STORED echogram can be printed. In this case, the print output itself echogram, settings, and coordinates of the defect. Defectoscope (Descrydefect) memory can store up to 1000 images screen with related information.
For print, you must connect the printer to the defectoscope (Descrydefect), select the desired of all recorded in the memory of echograms and press the appropriate key on the keyboard.

Schematic diagram of the pulse defectoscopes (Descrydefect)

High-frequency generator forms a short pulses of alternating voltage and sends them to a piezoelectric vibrator. Vibrator converts these variations in the elastic vibrations of the same frequency. In contact with the part of the vibrator pulses of elastic vibrations come in metal and apply it as a slightly diverging beam. If the path of pulse propagation of elastic vibrations found defective, the part of the ultrasonic energy reflected from a defect reaches the probe, where the elastic vibrations are converted into an AC voltage.

New X-Ray defectoscope (Descrydefect)

Scientists from the universities of Tomsk have created a defectoscope (Descrydefect), which checks the quality of the welds gas-oil pipes. In its work, the device uses X-rays.
Defectoscope (Descrydefect) extends around the tube at the weld place, and its X-ray translucent. Information about the structure of the joint registered radiation detector, is transmitted to the computer and automatically processed.

International Exhibition "Defectoscopy-2014" is full of novelties

International specialized exhibition of instruments and equipment for industrial non-destructive testing "Defectoscopy-2014" opened in Vladivostok. It involves major companies from different regions of the country, specializes in the design and manufacture of defectoscopes (Descrydefect). The event is supported by the Russian Society for Non-Destructive Testing and Technical Diagnostics.
